    Friday, September 5: FSEM Meet Up + FSEM Destinations 

    Matching Form Completion in Spring 2025 for Pairing 

  • Enhanced Partnership

    All items above (Standard) plus: 

    FSEM Welcome Letter will include your 4D Peer Mentor information and introduction. 

    Use of Weekly Discoveries (will be provided to you in FSEM Canvas Resources) 

    Classroom Support from 4D Peer Mentor (1-2 visits) 

    Strongly Recommended Participation in 4D FSEM Workshop: “Designing for the ‘Why’: 4D Practices, Activities, and Assignments to Support Students’ Sense of Clarity and Connection” Friday, August 22nd from 10a - 12p 

    Faculty receive $100 for completing two-hour workshop 

    Add tailored questions in the course evaluation You can add up to 2 questions to your course evaluations. ▪ The New Student and Family Programs team will provide you with the 2 questions before Fall Quarter. 

    ▪ You can add questions starting 10 days before the course evaluations open until the night before the course evaluations open. For detailed instructions on adding additional questions, please click here.

  • Advanced Partnership

    All items above (Standard & Enhanced) plus: 

    Classroom Support from 4D Peer Mentor (3+ visits – a weekly cadence) 

    Embed and utilize at least 2 of the following (will be provided to you in FSEM Canvas Resources): New Student ePortfolio connection from Discoveries Experience (online orientation in Canvas) 

    Distribute Reflection Activity from Discoveries Orientation (Letter to Self linked as an example from 2024, we will provide 2025 version) 

    Mentorship Meeting endorsement or course assignment 

    Strongly Recommend Participation in 4D Signature Activities + Assignments Enhancements 

    Compassion Lab 

    Debate Across the Curriculum

  • NSFP will host drop-in hours as needed
