FSEM Welcome Letter will include your 4D Peer Mentor information and introduction. 

Utilize the Weekly Discoveries FSEM Mapping provided in the FSEM Faculty Toolkit Canvas Course .This mapping document provides timely information for Weeks 1-10 and offers ideas for content the 4D Peer mentor can share  

Classroom Support from 4D Peer Mentor (1-2 visits) 

Strongly Recommended Participation in Summer 4D FSEM Workshop (TBD)

Add tailored questions in the course evaluation You can add up to 2 questions to your course evaluations. The New Student and Family Programs team will provide you with the 2 questions before Fall Quarter.

Mentorship Meetings (Fall Quarter) New Student & Family Programs will provide:  

• Kickoff meeting and a follow-up meeting in fall for FSEM faculty and 4D Peer Mentors 

• Reflection and assessment tools to guide us weekly on this experience (diary method, weekly reflections, etc).  

• Partnership Agreement for the pairs to fill out together 

• NSFP will host office hours to support 4D Peer Mentors and FSEM Faculty
